About Kathy Child, CRD

Kathy has been working in the design industry since the early 90’s. Starting at Colwood Design Line back in 1993. Kathy took a slightly different path for five and a half years, and was a Design Consultant for a thriving custom cabinet manufacturer downtown. She worked closely with clients, designing custom kitchens, bathrooms, home offices and other furniture at Successful Vision Group Inc. expanding her knowledge and skills.

Since May 2003 Kathy has been the CEO of Design Line, completing 1000's of projects over the years. Colwood Design Line works with a number of local contractors and developers. As well as many private home owners, gaining a reputation as an honest, creative designer, who listens to her client’s needs and wants.

Kathy is a Certified Residential Designer with the Building Designers Institute of BC and the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of BC.
